My AC unit stopped working on a very hot weekend. I contacted Ross and very soon his business partner, Paul, called me and came to my house. These guys are very responsive!
Paul quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective parts and turned on the unit. Then he explained everything to me and answered my questions.
Since our AC is quite old, I asked him about possible replacement in the future and he gave me a variety of options. Paul is very skilled and highly professional. Also, he is a very pleasant and friendly person. These guys are knowledgeable, reasonable and trustworthy.

We recently needed a new HVAC system for our 2-story home and received quotes from several contractors. Mechpros stood out because of their competitive pricing and Paul, the technician who visited our house. He was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining our options.

Kate, the project manager, was fantastic. She kept us informed about the timeline, even finding better (and in-stock!) equipment while honoring our original quote. The installation itself, completed by Ross, was impressive. It took only 4 days for a 3-ton system with 12 registers, and Ross's meticulous work and communication ensured everything went smoothly. Any minor issues were promptly addressed.
